Walking through the valley of deepest depression is a testament to the human spirit's resilience and courage. After 5 years of a marred marriage, I struggled with self-doubt, intimacy, contentment, and confidence. But through growth in faith and hope, I emerged onto a path of healing and happiness.

Initially, I attributed my depression to post-marriage self-doubt. However, 4 years later, a profound realization dawned upon me: my lack of intimacy, contentment, and confidence were the main culprits. It was a wake-up call that shifted my perspective. Alongside my professional support, I adopted several personal strategies to aid my recovery. Sleep and meditation were at the forefront. Ensuring a good night's sleep and engaging in regular meditation practices helped calm my mind and foster mental well-being. I also strengthened my health by incorporating millet-based meals, as they are essential for maintaining overall health. Additionally, I opted for natural remedies like maca root, Ganoderma, elderberry, sour cherry, raspberry, blueberry, moringa, and other superfoods, which have shown to be effective in supporting a healthy diet.
